EXPERIENCE BAUHAUS!

Owned by a New York art-dealer, the property  was  recently  renovated  and  now  caters   to   the discerning taste of the modern enthusiast. Tastefully furnished with select pieces from the famous Bauhaus School of Design, such  as  Breuer,  Bertoia  and  Le Corbusier. The  walls   are adorned  with  works  by  world-renowned  artists  Nesterova, Komar & Melamid, Bruskin  and others,  all of whom may be found  in the collections of  MoMA,  Guggenheim and Centre Pompidou. 
All units are en-suite, air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, offer high-speed wireless internet and satellite TV ( HBO, Cinemax, Starz etc.). Kitchens are modernised with high-end appliances (ceramic-top range, microwave-hood, dishwasher generous refrigerator and mini appliances). Electric griddles are offered on each of the decks and onsite  laundry facility.  Landline telephone  available upon request for seasonal rentals. The owner's one-bedroom unit, available for short-term rentals only, has a fully equipped office.        
The units are bathed in natural sunlight and offer spectacular views through 9-foot wide glass patio doors and private bay-front decks. 
At   Bauhaus,  you  will  find    an  atmoshere  of  calm  and tranquility, a retreat within a retreat! Access to the spectacular beach   is   but   a   two-minute   walk   (beach   slippers   are recommended!)  with miles of seashore and forest reserve for the nature lover. A stone's throw from the ferry and the town, yet perfectly quiet, you'll be there before you know it!

ABOUT BAUHAUS!

Bauhaus offers three one-bedroom and two studio units. The one-bedrooms face north and sit directly on the bay while the studios face south. Each unit enjoys its own private deck with an additional south-facing deck available to two of the one-bedroom units. Bay-front decks are for the sole use of the one-bedroom tenants. The studios are complemented with a fully extendable awning, perfect for those hot summer days, which also doubles the living space! All units are smoke-free (smoking permitted only on decks) and strictly two persons per unit. Sorry, pets cannot be accomodated!
